Real Estate Company
When marketing a home, obtaining the highest possible price is the goal. However, there are a couple of steps prior to closing that you need to consider.
Here's a basic overview of the selling process:
Get in touch and interview a real estate agent
The agent you interview should provide you with a listing presentation, along with how they plan on marketing your home. Here are a few questions they may ask.
Listing your Property
Once you've chosen a real estate agent, you'll sign an Exclusive Rights to Sell Contract giving the agent/agent’s company the exclusive rights to list your home; this is a binding contract between you and your agent/agent’s company.
My goal as an agent is to provide complete customer satisfaction; if for any reason you are unhappy with my performance, I will gladly release you from the contract you signed.
Market Analysis
Your agent will provide you with comparative market analysis in order to determine the best price to list your home. Even though you have the final say in your listing price, it’s best to strategically price your home to get it sold for the most money in the least amount of time.
Marketing your Home
For most Real estate agents, the advertising and marketing Section will be one of the most essential components of the listing presentation. Excellent advertising and marketing, as well as sales abilities, are what move houses. Typically, it makes good sense to concentrate on what advertising and marketing abilities and tools the agent can offer the client and how you can use them to sell their home.
Showing your Property
It’s time to showcase your property. Depending on the showing instructions you provided, Real estate agents will schedule to bring prospective buyers to walk through your home. You should be notified by phone, text, or email confirmation of showings ahead of time along with feedback about the showings.
Receiving an Offer
Once a buyer submits an offer through their real estate agent to purchase your home, your agent will review the offer with you regarding the details; as the details are discussed, you will decide to either counter the offer or accept the offer as written. This process continues until you receive an offer you are willing to accept from the buyer.
Final Step is the Closing
